Demonstration announcement. This shows the format for training updates. It does not describe a real change to training.
Use this category for anything that affects regular training, for example:
- a session cancelled because of a pool closure;
- a change of start time for a squad;
- holiday training arrangements.
Suggested format
| Squad | Usual session | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Squad name | Day and time | What is changing |
Keep updates short and include the date the change applies from.
